The Gardener and Groundskeeper, who also does repairs, painting, electrical, plumbing, etc. and his wife, who is our primary cleaner and second cook, have worked here for over 10 years and can answer all of your questions about running the property.
There is also a Professional Peruvian Chef who has been trained to make gluten free bread and pizza, vegan dishes, and can cater to all kinds of food requirements, and a Property Coordinator/Personal Assistant who also acts as Guest Liaison to organize private transportation and day trips, handles all Accounting, assists in Cleaning & Cooking during events, makes shopping trips to town when required, and anything else you need.
